Love, Received is the body of work, I wish I had when I "struggled" my way through love and relationships. It was a life changing journey and it has shaped me into the wife, mom and the CEO I am today.
This book is the one I have been invited over and over to write. The deep medicine that is formed through heartbreak, love and a lot of laughter along the way. The stories and wisdom I have shared behind the scenes with friends and clients over and over again.
Now, I feel ready to birth her into the world. I am opening the doors for you to walk through this book with me. Not just when she’s finished but while I am writing and sharing all the raw and messy parts with you as well.

A space filled with love and devotion for women who know that love is about so much more than just the relationship or your marriage.
For many of us, she is an initiation into the most loving and powerful version of ourselves.

This is not a “read a chapter and talk about it” book club. In this container you will receive the book as she unfolds and she will meet you where you actually are in your life right now.
Love as a woman.
Love as a mom.
Love as the business owner that you are.
Love when your heart has been broken.
Love when you finally choose yourself.
And love in every step in between.Â
You will receive chapters as they are written.
Raw, honest and deeply alive in this moment.
And I will invite you to feel what each chapter touches in you.Â
Because this book is not here to teach you how to love better or even attract the love of your life in 10 easy to follow steps. She is here to help you remember what you already know beneath your conditioning, survival mechanisms, and the protection of your heart.
Why do I want to write this book:
First of all, the deepest medicine comes from desire and an initiation that is deeper than you ever envisioned for yourself. I never wanted to write Love, Received. I was initiated and after talking behind the scenes about all of it with so many women all over the world…she just had to be born into a book.
I am gonna write this book as the woman who always intuitively knew that love was meant to be easy. I never believed people who said that “love is a verb” and will always be "hard work".
True Union is real and it’s there for all of us. Especially now when more and more Souls feel it's time to birth their deepest work together.Â
So I am gonna write this book as the woman who:
* Has never given up her own truth.
* Knew love could be both amazing and deeply nourishing to my nervous system.Â
* Walked through so many death and rebirth portals when it comes to love.
* Has abandoned herself for breadcrumbs of love.
* Met too many “demon dicks”
* Healed sexual & emotional abuse & knows now how connected this all is.
* Left relationships that cost me my self-trust.
* Walked through all of this without spiritual bypassing and will always choose devotion to my open heart.
This book is about love that is real and the road to it that wasn’t always pretty.
Love that includes boundaries, truth over fantasy and most of all:
no longer abandoning yourself to be chosen.

And we will probably laugh a lot about my personal adventures in love and how some of them will be so similar to yours. We will clear the shame and most of all, liberate your truth. Especially in love.Â

This container is not for you, if you want to hold on to the belief that there is anything wrong with you. I don't even buy the "false spiritual belief", that you have to be fully healed to be worthy of the love you desire. Â
This is for you, because you intuitively feel THE ONE is somewhere out there for you too.
This is for you if you are ready to remember who you really are and become unavailable for everyone who doesn’t meet you there.
And yes, also for you when you are in a happy relationship and just feel you want to be part of this book writing process.Â
