We have ancestors that had to pick and choose (or didn’t even have a choice), trauma we’re carrying in our bodies, a society that makes so many rules for us, stories constantly running in our heads that take us out of our power.
And real life is always happening.
Everyone has needs - the business, the kids, your husband, the clients, there’s more content to create.
And if you’re like all women, your own needs are always at the bottom of your list.
The desires come last and lose their fuel or you’re toggling between money goals and relationship goals but really, neither are where you want them to be.

In my past relationship, I was doing it all!
I brought in all the money, I took Finn to school, I was cooking and cleaning. And in some deeply toxic patterns with all of it.Â
I was coming from a history of abuse that I carried in my body - which led me to believe that I deserved breadcrumbs, that people pleasing was the safest way to get things done.
I truly didn’t trust myself.
I didn’t want to feel the feelings.
It felt like too much.
The grief, the darkness, the rage...even the desires & passion I wanted.
But now it looks completely different.
I learned the skill of Sacred Relationships
- which started with how I related to myself.Â
I had to let go of wanting everything to change first...
My partner to change.
My environment to change.
My past to be different.
I had to learn to feel my feels.
To stay connected to myself no matter what was going on.
I learned to be in the right relationship with my power, my needs, my feelings.
Staying soft, with my heart open AND feeling and expressing fully in my power.
And it changed everything.
I left that relationship.
I’ve brought in over a million dollars through my business!!!Â
I let go of my team, created new business structures and pivoted all, so that I can truly live and create my desires NOW.
And so much of that with ease, with pleasure, doing it my way, not following all the rules, proving myself, hustling and over giving.

Now I have a husband who is SO loving, who is always THERE. He’s stable. Steady. I have to pinch myself that there’s always more love available.
He’s there for my child and our child. He truly just wants me to be happy. He is fully in his grown man energy, with an open heart and invites me to take up more space and be all of me. I don't have to hold back anymore. He has no desire to push me down on my way to become more and more successful.
As a mom now, I have fun! I don’t have these difficulties that I hear other mom’s complaining about. I’m not doing cute “perfect mom” shit. I’m the mom who’s here and available. He can bring anything to me. I let him figure things out on his own.
He isn’t constantly needing my approval or attention. It’s there. He knows. I know, but it doesn’t feel like I'm suffocating all day long. Drained by "mom look at me all day or feeling the energetic pull under the surface."
I am present and available -Â more than ever - to give him my attention, while still running my business, prioritizing my husband, having a newborn baby and living our dreams NOW.
I am IN my body. I can feel my feelings and move through whatever is coming up. I don’t have to freeze, panic call my friends to bitch or go into the drama of the situation.
I move through shit so fast because I actually know how to feel it (again, this is a skill I will teach you or help you deepen into).
I’ve learned to tap into my sexual power. We’re talking being f* open by God and actually FEELING myself become a millionaire, having more & more & more.Â
Feeling so turned on by that versus feeling freaked out or telling myself stories like "that's not for me, I don't need it to be happy etc...", to keep myself safe & stuck.
Even if there’s fear, I feel that too so it doesn’t stop or slow me down. Its energy doesn't get stuck in my body to push everything down.
